The Intuit Dome, which will be the Los Angeles Clippers’ new home in Inglewood, California beginning in the 2024-25 season, will host the 2026 NBA All-Star Game.
According to an NBA press release, the game will take place on Sunday, Feb. 15, 2026.
The schedule of events will feature the usual competitions throughout the three-day weekend:
“NBA All-Star on-court events will tip off on Friday, Feb. 13 at Intuit Dome with NBA Rising Stars, an annual showcase for top rookies and second-year NBA players. On Feb. 14, State Farm All-Star Saturday Night will feature the Kia Skills Challenge, the Starry 3-Point Challenge and AT&T Slam Dunk. NBA All-Star 2026 will culminate with the NBA All-Star Game on Sunday, Feb. 15.”
That weekend will mark the 75th All-Star Game in NBA history and the seventh NBA All-Star competition to be held in Los Angeles.
In addition, NBA commissioner Adam Silver told reporters that the Intuit Dome will host basketball during the 2028 Summer Olympics, which will be held in Los Angeles.
The Clippers have shared a home with the Los Angeles Lakers since 1999, when the two teams moved into the then-Staples Center (since renamed Crypto.com Arena).
But now the Clips will have their own stadium beginning in 2024. The Intuit Dome will be located right near SoFi Stadium, the home of the Los Angeles Chargers and L.A. Rams.
As for what’s ahead for the All-Star Game in the shorter-term future, the next iteration will be held at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, the home of the Indiana Pacers.
That matchup will go down on Feb. 18 and feature a return of the East vs. West format. The 2025 All-Star Game will take place at San Francisco’s Chase Center on Feb. 16.
