The Competitions Management System (CMS) training in the Ashanti Region officially wrapped up on Monday, October 7, 2024, following a three-day intensive program.
The training, held at Kumasi Anglican Senior High School, aimed to equip football management stakeholders with skills for the upgraded CMS platform.
The sessions, led by Francis Adu Essah from the IT Department of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), included IT officers from the Ashanti Regional Football Association, as well as Second Division club representatives, referees, and match commissioners.
Participants learned to navigate system upgrades, track cautions and expulsions, and manage statistics for players and officials.
This initiative aligns with the GFA’s broader goal to enhance efficiency and professionalism in football management across all levels.
