Congrats! Don Toliver & Kali Uchis Are Expecting Their First Child Together (Video)

Artists Don Toliver and Kali Uchis are adding a bundle of joy to their relationship! On Jan. 11, the couple shared a joint announcement of their pregnancy on their Instagram feeds.

Within an hour of posting, the announcement racked up over 1.3 million likes and nearly 35,000 comments. In the caption, the couple wrote:

“Starting our family. Don’t take too long to get here little pooks, mom & dad can’t wait to share our life with you.”

Meanwhile, the video begins with a clip of Don Toliver rubbing and kissing Kali’s huge baby bump. In response, she turns to the camera and says, “Awww look how much Daddy loved you little pooks…love you forever.” Then, the video cuts to multiple clips of Don and Kali as infants.

Their pregnancy comes as a surprise to fans, especially given Kali’s few but recent November and December posts that do not show her baby bump.

More On Don Toliver & Kali Uchis’ Relationship
According to XXL, Kali and Don Toliver have been dating since 2020. The singer and rapper first collaborated musically in 2021. First, Kali appeared in his music video for ‘What You Need’ in May, then in June, Don released ‘Drug N Hella Melodies’ featuring his bae.

By July 2021, Don Toliver confirmed Kali was his “girlfriend” in an interview with W magazine. He added that they “just vibe” and aren’t “crazy public” about their romance.

In fact, the couple kept the seriousness of their relationship under wraps until months after Don met some of her family. They had shot the music videos mentioned above in Colombia months before their release, and Don got to meet some of her family who live there.

As their surprise pregnancy announcement indicates, they remain a private couple to this day! However, the couple has graced red carpets together, including the Grammy Awards in 2022 and a Jacquemus fashion show in December of that year.

Last April, the couple gagged fans when they performed together at Coachella.
