Cowboys injury report: Bland, Lewis, Luepke miss practice, Carson full participant
A day after the Dallas Cowboys’ injury report looked as long as a shopping list, the Cowboys were back to work as they prepare to take on their in-state rivals the Houston Texans. After their second day of practice this week, things are still murky for the Cowboys.
Not practicing Friday were DaRon Bland (foot), and Jourdan Lewis (neck). It has already been reported that Bland will not play this week, and Lewis’ absence for another day leaves the position thin heading into the weekend. However, we will have one more injury report tomorrow.
Guard Tyler Smith (knee) logged another limited practice and Zack Martin (shoulder) was upgraded to limited. Caelen Carson (shoulder/illness) was upgraded to full participation after not practicing yesterday. Further on the bright side, for a consecutive day, Micah Parsons (ankle), DeMarvion Overshown (knee), Tyler Guyton (shoulder), and Eric Kendricks (shoulder) were fully involved at practice, A positive sign for their hopes at playing versus the Texans.
