The 38-year-old has been with Al Nassr for over a year now and remains the Saudi Pro League’s biggest star.

But that does not mean he cannot blow off steam every now and then.

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner posted the pictures on social media site Instagram with the caption: “Soulmate.”

But there are no rest days for the Portugal international and hours later he was back in the gym, working on his abs.

A video was posted to his Instagram story showing the former Manchester United star putting himself through a gruelling workout.

And that is just an average day in the life of Ronaldo, when he is not rattling in goals for Al Nassr.

He often posts pictures of himself and his partner Rodriguez to Instagram to his 617 million followers – the most followed account on the social media site.

Ronaldo has been in fine form this season for Al Nassr, scoring 20 times in 18 league matches.

However, Al Nassr are still trailing Al Hilal in the Saudi Pro League after missing out on the title last season as well.

While he lifted the Arab Club Champions Cup last year, he is yet to win one of the big prizes available.

But the Asian Champions League is up for grabs with Al Nassr facing fellow Saudi side Al Fayha in the next round.
