Diddy is declaring his innocence from behind bars, as one of the fallen mogul’s attorneys has released a statement following the producer born Sean Combs being hit with a wave of 120 abuse allegations via Texas attorney Tony Buzbee. Accusations include drugging and sexually assaulting a pregnant woman and the abuse of 25 minors.

“As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus,” attorney Erica Wolff shared in a statement to Rolling Stone. “That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”

Buzbee held a press conference Tuesday (Oct. 1), where he confirmed he’d be representing over 100 people with sexual assault claims against the Bad Boy founder, including 25 individuals who were under the age of 18 during their alleged incidents. One was reportedly as young as 9 years old.

“This individual who was 9 years old at the time was taken to an audition in New York City with Bad Boy Records, other boys were there to audition as well,” Buzbee told reporters, saying Puff convinced the child that he could “make him a star.”

“This individual was sexually abused allegedly by Sean Combs and several other people at the studio with the promise to both his parents and himself of getting a record deal,” Buzbee claimed. “Another instance, an individual 15 years old at the time, was flown to New York City to attend a party, where she was drugged and then taken to a private room allegedly in the presence of Mr. Combs. This female individual was raped and then other individuals took turns raping her.”

Buzbee also said that many of his clients claim Puff used horse tranquilizers to sedate them. He also detailed allegations of Puff drugging a pregnant woman at a dinner in Miami, who claims she later woke up in the music exec’s bed.

“[She] … attended a group dinner allegedly with Sean Combs in Miami,” the lawyer claimed. “She wasn’t drinking because she was pregnant, but whatever she drank at the table apparently, according to her, was laced with something.” The woman then allegedly “blacked out” and “woke up in the same bed — again, allegedly — with Mr. Combs in his mansion in Miami. Her vagina and her anus were torn and sore.”

Combs is currently behind bars on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
