Dua Lipa’s Radical22 has signed a global administration deal with Warner Chappell Music in a bespoke agreement that follows the news of Lipa’s acquisition of her own publishing.Radical22, the newly minted independent media and management company currently representing Dua Lipa and launched by her and her father/manager, Dukagjin “Dugi” Lipa, has announced a global administration deal with Warner Chappell Music, the publishing arm of Warner Music Group.

The bespoke agreement, arranged by Warner Chappell Music CEO Guy Moot and Dugi Lipa for Radical22 Publishing, follows the previously announced news of Dua Lipa acquiring the rights to her own publishing.

“It’s been a long road, but I am very happy to finally own my publishing, thanks in large part to the dedication of my manager, Dugi’s work over the past two years,” said Dua. “My music is my life’s work, and it’s important for me to be the person who decides what happens with it. The creation of Radical22 marked an exciting time for me personally and professionally, and I am looking forward to the work my team and I will do and to having a home base for my creative endeavors.”

“In the realm of management, we don’t settle for the ordinary; we thrive in the extraordinary,” said Dugi Lipa. “Our leadership ethos is rooted in empowerment, where each member of our team is a torchbearer of creativity and collaboration. We don’t just lead, we inspire, cultivating an ecosystem where ideas flow freely, and potential is nurtured ceaselessly.”Radical22 Publishing has been recently added under the Radical22 umbrella alongside Service95, all of which are fully owned by Dua Lipa. Among the first of the company’s production projects include a recently announced Disney+ documentary series, “Camden.” Produced by Lightbox in association with Day One Pictures and Radical22, the series tells the story of how a small corner of North London shaped the lives and careers of many of the most iconic contemporary music acts.
