Eagles release newly acquired practice squad player
The Philadelphia Eagles officially announced a change to the practice squad on Tuesday evening:
DT Siaki Ika was released.
The Eagles only signed Ika to their practice squad last week. And that was a couple weeks after the Cleveland Browns cut him from their roster.
It’s possible Ika will return at some point; the Eagles have made a habit of shuffling practice squad players in and out. See: Caden Sterns … who the team might even add back to the mix after opening a spot with Ika’s dismissal (pure speculation).
Or maybe the Eagles will add a new player to the mix. We’ll see.
Each player below is eligible to be temporarily elevated to the active roster up to three times unless otherwise noted.
