They say beef never dies and Eminem and Benzino prove that statement true. The Detroit rapper fired shots at his longtime foe in his new record “Doomsday Pt. 2,” prompting a response from the former Source owner and his daughter Coi Leray.

The track appears on Lyrical Lemonade’s All Is Yellow compilation album, which came out on Friday (Jan. 26). Marshall Mathers addressed the 58-year-old’s physical appearance and financial woes in his fiery bars.

“What is the opposite of Benzino? A giraffe/ Go at his neck, how the f**k is that?/ How can I go at something he doesn’t have/ Arms so short he can’t even touch his hands/ When they’re above his head doing jumping jacks/ Sorry, I don’t mean to upset you Ben/ When I talk about all the debt you in/ I hear that you been creeping on the low/ In them cheap hotels that they catch you in,” he rapped.

Eminem also mentioned Coi Leray on the record, claiming that his beef with Benzino has ruined any chance of the two artists working together. “Jesus Christ, dog, when you said 210/ Never guessed you meant at the Red Roof Inn/ In a room with one single bed, two men/ Shady, man, you can’t, yes, you can/ Well, I guess then I regret to inform you, hate to spoil the day/ But this doesn’t bring me no joy to say/ Guess that Coi Leray feat’s in the toilet, ay,” he spat.

The Almighty RSO founder responded via the comments of the Southpawer Instagram page, writing, “Man c’mon, people are out here starving and this what he on? That nursery rhyme bs??? He can’t even come out side on his own. Nah bro sorry. That ain’t it. People in Detroit are f**ked up. He got millions. Doing absolutely nothing.” He also questioned why the “Lose Yourself” rapper wasn’t willing to fight him and that, given their age, they should be above the jabs.

The “Players” artist shared her take on the matter via X, formerly known as Twitter, writing, “Rap beef is so washed and tired. Exhausting. Embarrassing. Just f**king over all corny as f**k” with an emoji of someone throwing something in the trash. She continued with a series of tweets after this, stating she has no issues with anyone and is focused on herself. Leray even used the opportunity to promote her new record “Wanna Come Thru,” questioning when she ever asked for an Eminem feature and laughing at the idea of him appearing on the sensual track.

Eminem and Benzino’s feud dates back to 2002 when The Source gave his album The Eminem Show four mics out of five. Em called the rating unfair, and Benzino responded by not promoting anything he did after the fact plus releasing diss records aimed at the 8 Mile actor.
