That solidified the eight teams in the quarterfinals, and some intense matchups are officially on the schedule. One of those will be France vs. Portugal as the third-highest and sixth-highest betting odds will face off. This will be the two countries’ first matchup since 2022, and France owns the all-time series lead.

The biggest matchup of the quarterfinal will be between Spain and Germany. This will be the two countries first matchup since the 2022 World Cup and the all-time series is slightly in Germany’s favor at 9-9-8

Both of those matchups will occur July 5, while England-Switzerland and Netherlands-Türkiye will occur July 6.
