Feature: These 10+ Games Are Coming To Xbox Next Week (July 29

Welcome to your Xbox games roundup for July 29 – August 2! We’ve got plenty of interesting releases on the way over the next few days, including a couple that were part of our “exciting indies” roundup for July 2024. The big highlight is arguably Star Wars: Bounty Hunter though, which finally arrives on Xbox after 22 years!

Here’s what’s coming to Xbox next week:

New Xbox Releases (July 29 – August 2)

Sword & Fairy Inn 2 (July 30): “Familiar faces from across the Sword and Fairy universe come together to run an inn and build a happy life in Sword and Fairy Inn 2, a cute and casual life simulation RPG that combines a huge variety of gameplay mechanics in adorable chibi style!”

Deadlink (July 31): “Deadlink is a cyberpunk FPS with roguelite elements. Pilot an autonomous combat shell, fighting your way through cramped slums, twisted labs, grimy warehouses, and sleek office buildings on a mission to thwart the schemes of the most powerful corporations in the world.”

Death Noodle Delivery (July 31): “Welcome to Death Noodle Delivery. Deliver the noodles, donā€™t waste a single portion and most importantlyā€¦ try not to die.”

Roots of Pacha (July 31): “Be a part of a thriving stone age community. Discover ā€œideas,ā€ domesticate crops, befriend animals, and contribute to the growth of your village.”

AirportSim (August 1): “Praised for its accuracy by real-life ground handling Crew, AirportSim is an Advanced Airport Ground Handling Simulator with true-to-life visuals and operations, licensed planes vehicles and airports, and live weather conditions using the METAR-system.”

Beastie Bay DX (August 1): “Blaze trails into unknown territory…and then make it your own! Plant crops, build housing and power sources, and transform the island into your own personal paradise.”

Forest Camp Story (August 1): “Get a lay of the land and find the best places to camp. Before you know it, customers will be setting up tents and taking pictures, making memories that will last a lifetime.”

Quriocity (August 1): “Humanity has developed faster-than-light travel technology and is now ready to create a multi-planet civilization. You are the leader of the Quriocity 1 mission, which is directed on an alien planet very similar to Earth to create the very first alien colony.”

Star Wars: Bounty Hunter (August 1): “In this classic third-person action-adventure, you’ll become Jango Fett, Prime Clone of the Grand Army of the Republic, hired to capture a deranged Dark Jedi.”

TENSEI (August 1): “An experience of self-discovery set in soothing Zen landscapes.”

Aero The Acro-Bat (August 2): “The original Aero the Acro-Bat was released in 1993 on the Super Nintendo and the Mega Drive / SEGA Genesis and gamers will be able to enjoy and immerse themselves in the first of this Aero series which still looks and plays fantastically nearly 30 plus years since its first release, making Aero a special game not to be missed.”

Cilla (August 2): “Immerse yourself in the story of the Perfect Soldier in an alternate future universe. Experience her emotions and confront a moral choice that will impact Cilla’s fate and that of all humanity.”

Closer The Distance (August 2): “Closer the Distance is a deeply moving, slice-of-life sim that tells a story about the connections between family and friends in the face of tragedy.”

Sugar Tanks 2 (August 2): “Pick up the fight again with this intense, fast-paced, and super-sweet tank shooter game. Once again you will have to defend your sweet home world from evil grey tanks, trying to steal all the color from the candy forest!”

The Mortuary Assistant (August 2): “Perform embalmings, handle the various jobs around the mortuary, and exorcise demonic forces. All in a dayā€™s work.”

Xbox Game Pass Titles
We don’t yet have any confirmed Xbox Game Pass titles for the period between July 29 – August 2. We’re hoping we’ll get more details very soon though – a new XGP roundup will likely arrive on Tuesday!
