Fortnite leaks reveal massive weapon modifications upgrades in future updates

New Fortnite leaks have surfaced which talk about a massive upgrade that’s set to come to weapon modifications in the game. Here’s everything that you need to know about it.

Fortnite has a dedicated group of data miners who scour through the game files and reveal information about items/upgrades that are set to go live in the game. Despite being derived from the game files, these are still considered leaks because there’s a chance that they might not go live in the game.

That said, new Fortnite leaks suggest that the weapons modification system is getting a major upgrade in the near future. In fact, the developers have planned on adding a brand new category of these weapon modifications.

Fortnite leaks hint at the arrival of a weapon modifications category called “AMPs”

Epic Games is working on new Weapon Modifications, including an entire modification category called “AMPs”

Weapon AMPs:
– Automatic Fire
– Crit Damage Multiplier
– Flaming Bullets (Fire wherever the bullet hits)
– Restores Stamina (Shot on enemies restore your stamina)

Based on the information shared by popular data miner iFiremonkey on Twitter/X, a brand new weapon modification category called AMPs is in the works. The Fortnite leaks also list the weapon modifications that will fall under this category.

Automatic Fire

Crit Damage Multiplier

Flaming Bullets (Ignites wherever the bullets land)

Restores Stamina (Shooting enemies restores your stamina)

Apart from these, the leaks also suggest that there will be more weapon modifications going live in the Fortnite in the near future. These are as follows:

Do keep in mind that these are leaks, so there’s a chance that they might not come true at all. However, if they do, it’ll be interesting to see how these weapon modifications affect the guns in the game.
