Wireless earbuds have made massive advancements in the last decade and Sony’s been a leader in sound quality. If you’re looking for top-of-the-line earbuds that come with some unique features, today’s sale at Amazon is just one click away.

As of March 20, the Sony WF-1000XM5 wireless earbuds are just $278 at Amazon, down from the normal price of $299.99. That’s a discount of $21.99 and a price that beats the sale price currently offered at Sony.

Bluetooth noise-cancelling earbuds can be incredible if you’re commuting to the office or trying to get work done in a busy cafe. The Sony WF-1000XM5 earbuds use an AI-based noise reduction algorithm and a bone conduction sensor to help block out unwanted background sounds.

The design is intended to be lightweight and comfortable, which comes in handy since you can get up to 8 hours of battery life from the Sony buds, and up to 24 hours with the included charging case. If you need a quick recharge, using the case for just three minutes will get you another hour of listening time.

The Sony WF-1000XM5 also come with the unique feature of the ability to pair with two Bluetooth devices at the same time. This means you could be listening to music while paired to your phone, but switch to your computer for an important work meeting. They also use Sony’s Speak-to-Chat technology which automatically pauses the music when you start talking.

If you’re hoping to upgrade your wireless earbuds as we head into the second quarter, today’s sale price at Amazon offers the Sony WF-1000XM5 for just $278. Considering their battery life and special features, it could be well worth the upgrade.
