How to watch G League games: Channels, live streams, schedule for 2024-25 basketball season
The 2024-25 NBA season is already in full swing, but a new G League campaign is only just beginning.
The G League, the NBA’s minor league that was previously known as the D-League, will be entering its 24th season this year. For the first time ever, all 30 NBA teams will have G League affiliates, giving more players chances to prove that they deserve spots on main rosters.
Ahead of the 2024-25 season, the G League made a few notable changes. Phoenix introduced a new G League affiliate, the Valley Suns, who are based in Tempe, Ariz. The Clippers rebranded their G League affiliate as the San Diego Clippers after the team played as the Ontario Clippers last season.
The NBA also shut down the G League Ignite program, citing changes to the NIL (Name, Image and Likeness) policy in college sports as well as “the advent of collectives and the transfer portal.” Still, there should be opportunities for young players in the G League to show off their skills to NBA scouts.

Sling is a great streaming option for those games, as it carries ESPNews, ESPNU and NBA TV, the latter of which will carry one game every Sunday.
Other streaming options include ESPN+, the NBA app, NBAGLeague.com, The Roku Channel and Tubi.
