Husqvarna Mobility Unveils the 2025 TC 85

NEW FRAME, IMPROVED ENGINE AND MANY TECHNICAL UPDATES TRANSFORM THE POPULAR MINI-CYCLE MODEL!

Husqvarna Mobility announces the new generation TC 85 for 2025, designed to enhance the performance of young talents. This new model features an improved frame, innovative engine, and a host of technical updates, setting a new benchmark in the small-capacity motorcycle segment. The 2025 TC 85 combines numerous innovations to further improve the track experience for young riders.

New Generation TC 85: Enhanced Performance and Stability
The 2025 TC 85 is built around an entirely new chassis, significantly improving handling and stability, enabling young riders to ride more safely and with greater control. Additionally, the updated engine boosts low to mid-range power, offering a more dynamic riding experience for young riders.

Technical Innovations: A Better Experience for Young Riders
The new WP XACT shock, with shorter travel, ensures a balanced chassis, providing a major advantage on rough tracks and big jumps. Additionally, the steering head angle has been reduced by half a degree and positioned 6 mm closer to the chassis center, enhancing cornering, especially when exiting turns.

The 85 cc 2-stroke engine features new components such as a cylinder head, spark plug, ignition, and exhaust, all designed to increase power in the low to mid-range. The settings inside the Keihin carburetor have been adjusted to suit the improved engine. Lastly, the engine is tilted three degrees upward at the front, and by pivoting from the same mounting point at the swingarm, weight is more effectively distributed, improving cornering and jumping.

Lightweight and Ergonomic Design
The new swingarm is 300 g lighter thanks to a refined casting process. Together with the new frame, WP XACT shock, and swingarm, these changes reduce the overall height of the TC 85. The new ergonomic bodywork ensures young riders can move around more easily, boosting confidence and allowing for better control. Additionally, the modernized rider triangle created by the new footrests, handlebars, and lower seat further enhances the riding experience, making the new generation model incredibly effortless to ride.
