Is there a NASCAR race this week? Date, start time, TV schedule for next Cup Series race after Olympics break
The NASCAR Cup Series season has been a whirlwind of chaos, and although it’s been a Sunday tradition since the late winter and early spring months, the schedule is on pause for a couple weeks.
NASCAR drivers and teams are on a two-week break as NBC broadcasts the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
With just a few races left in the regular season, Kyle Larson leads the points standings over teammate Chase Elliott.
There is no NASCAR race this weekend, as the sport’s broadcast partner, NBC, is busy showing the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris on its family of networks.
The next NASCAR Cup Series race is scheduled for Sunday, Aug. 11, when Richmond Raceway will host the Cook Out 400 starting at 6 p.m. ET on USA Network.
