Jamahal Hill rips into UFC legend over clown comments… ‘They keep you around to get slept by debut fighters’
Jamahal Hill might be preparing to face the insanely tough Jiri Prochazka at UFC 311, but that hasn’t stopped the former champion from trying it on with several UFC icons.
Following his viral confrontation with Alex Pereira at the UFC Performance Institute, Hill found himself on the receiving end of some significant backlash – ‘Sweetdreams’ has now fired back with a particularly harsh assessment of one UFC legend.

In the following weeks, various UFC stars came out to slam Hill for both the altercation and his reaction, with 42-fight veteran Michael Johnson leading the most recent charge in conversation with Mike Perry.
“That’s some clown s***,” stated Johnson via the Overdogs Podcast.
“Imma be honest – why even go over there and say anything, if you’re not prepared to do anything? It made no sense, like are you walking over to fight him?
“Now he’s trying to get views, trying to act a certain way by jumping in his face… Honestly, he should’ve gotten hit [by Alex] like why are you coming over here talking s***?!”
Those comments certainly haven’t sat well with Hill, who took to X (Twitter) over the festive period to fire back at ‘The Menace’ of the lightweight division.
“Gang u a b*** and you one of the biggest clowns and p**** on the roster,” wrote Hill, before levying quite the accusation: “They keep u around to get slept by debut fighters!!!

“I’ve made more money than you and you been here 3x as long so I would expect you to know the money game! Find out what it is when I’m on that time frfr.”
Even with his UFC title tenure, we’d be surprised if Hill had generated more money from his career than Johnson, who has himself competed in the UFC octagon 30 times since 2010.
Granted, ‘The Menace’ might have a record of 15 wins and 15 losses in those 30 fights, but he’s by no means sticking around just to ‘get slept by debut fighters’ – just look at his recent KO of Ottman Azaitar at UFC Tampa for example.
Johnson remains a bonified threat for anyone, debutant or otherwise, and Hill would do well to focus on his incoming opponent; former divisional king, Jiri Prochazka.
UFC 311: Islam Makhachev reveals how he will know when to retire after record-breaking title fight
Jamahal Hill names Jiri Prochazka’s best attribute ahead of UFC 311Former champions collide when Hill faces Jiri Prochazka in the first PPV of the year, UFC 311: Makhachev vs Tsarukyan, in Los Angeles.
Speaking to TV News outlet WOODTV8, Hill would not only praise his next popular foe, but also reveal what he believes to be Prochazka’s most dangerous attribute.
“I have to be on point because he’s a very durable guy, he’s tough, he has some power. I think his biggest thing – his biggest attribute – is his toughness, he’s able to take punishment and take damage.
“You can tell he puts in the work so he has a good gas tank, a dude who can still be dangerous even later in a fight… And that’s something that I have to be prepared for [and] locked in to make sure that doesn’t happen [January 18].”
Hill vs Prochazka leads into two fabulous title fights at UFC 311, which goes down January 18 from the Intuit Dome in LA.
