Jennifer Lawrence Is Pregnant With Her Second Baby and Dressing Very Cool About It
Imagine casually tapping Vogue to drop your pregnancy announcement? Jennifer Lawrence can and did.
On October 19, a rep for Lawrence confirmed the exciting news with the fashion magazine. âCongratulations are in order for Jennifer Lawrence!” Vogue declared on their Instagram page. âThe Oscar-winning actor will be welcoming her second child with art gallerist husband Cooke Maroney.” Lawrence and Maroney wed in October 2019 and share a two-year-old son, Cy.
The evening before Vogue announced the big news, Lawrence was photographed in Los Angeles, debuting wispy new bangs and continuing to dress like the richest art teacher you know. For her latest look, Lawrence wore a tomato red V-neck sweater draped over a white t-shirt (both La Ligne), pairing the combo with a black stone and leather necklace, billowing palazzo pants and what appears to be her go-to slipper flats from The Row.
Lawrence has been repping the barely-there leather shoe since 2022, so they must be less flimsy than they look, right? They better be for $820. You can see her latest cool mom âfit for yourself here, but we’ve compiled a version of the look you can purchase for yourself:

Lawrence’s current street style philosophy can basically be summed up as âoversized everything other than footwear.â At least twice this summer, she’s been seen carrying St Agni’s ludicrously capacious Oversized Nubuck Satchel with casual white T-shirts and lounge pants that puddle around her flip flops or glove flats. In August, she paired a butter yellow button up with white baggy pants â90s-inspired Jelly shoes.
