Jessie James Decker reluctantly shares bikini pics after baby No. 3: ‘I weigh 30 pounds more’

Jessie James Decker is trying to give her post-baby body “grace.”

The “I Look Good” singer shared new bikini photos via Instagram this week, admitting that she initially felt reluctant about posting them. The swimsuit snaps were taken to promote her clothing line, Kittenish, less than three months after she welcomed her fourth child.

“I’ll be honest I really didn’t wanna post any of these kittenish swim photos because i weigh 30 pounds more right now than I did last year this time,” she wrote alongside photos of herself rocking an orange two-piece in a pool.

“Yes I know I just had a baby three months ago but it’s easy to compare on here and wonder why my body likes to hold on to it more than others,” she continued. “The pressure we put on our self is not realistic.”

Although Decker has struggled to accept her changing body, she posted the carousel as a “reminder” to herself and any other women dealing with similar feelings.

“Be kind to yourself. give yourself grace,” she wrote. “We are healing after growing a human being for nine months. And if you’re breast-feeding like me and your body needs to hold on to as much weight as possible to keep making milk, then let it.”

Instead of focusing on physical appearance, she reminded followers — and herself — that the most important thing is “that sweet new baby.”

“That’s what it’s all about,” she added. “Plenty of time to ‘get back’ when it’s time. But for now. Give yourself grace… you’re doing great and you got this girl!”

Decker’s powerful message was met with praise in the comments section from hundreds of her followers and famous friends.

“You’re a beautiful woman and momma,” Jana Kramer commented.

“YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY STUNNING NOW AND ALWAYS!!!!” Olivia Culpo wrote, adding “#milf”

“As you know, I had been telling Eric it was probably time to get a vasectomy because I felt like we were done,” she said during an Instagram Q&A. “But I just feel like God always has other plans. It was extremely shocking and surprising but [we are] happy excited.”

She added, “Being able to have another little baby is, like, the most incredible blessing. We are all just over the moon.”

However, after years of refusing to get snipped, Eric finally got a vasectomy in March.
