Jets vs. Browns odds, props, predictions: Flacco looks to continue hot streak on TNF

The New York Jets and Cleveland Browns will face off on Thursday Night Football in Week 17. The Browns are one of the biggest surprises in the league at 10-5 thanks to a heroic effort from Joe Flacco, who is looking to lead the Browns to their fourth straight win with him under center and further solidify their playoff positioning.

Meanwhile, the Jets are now on their fourth QB of the season and are as up and down as anyone in the league.

We have the latest Jets vs. Browns odds, props, and a prediction for NFL Week 17’s TNF action.

The Browns are 10-5-0 against the spread (ATS) this season and have covered in their last three games. They have been slight favorites in the last three games and are up against a generous spread for the Jets in TNF (Browns ).

Jets vs. Browns odds: Point spread, moneyline, total for TNF Week 17Here are the latest Jets vs. Browns odds from the top sports betting sites nationwide.

The Browns struck gold by signing Flacco. He has thrown for 1,307 yards, 10 touchdowns, and nearly a 60% completion percentage in just four starts. What matters most, however, is that the Browns have won three of the four games and are now just one win away from securing a playoff bid.

Putting points on the board was a significant challenge after the Browns lost Deshaun Watson for the season, averaging just 15.5 points per game they played after his exit.

With Flacco keeping the chains moving, the Browns have re-established themselves as a threat in the AFC. If there is an Achilles heel for Cleveland, it’s Flacco’s interception challenges.

He has thrown at least one in each of his four starts (seven total), and he will be up against a Jets’ defense that makes life challenging for the best of QBs. New York is second in the NFL in passing yards allowed and fourth in total interceptions.

The Jets have since turned the offense over to Trevor Siemian at QB because Zach Wilson is in the concussion protocol. In his first start last weekend, he led the Jets to a 30-28 victory over the Washington Commanders, finishing the game with 217 passing yards, one passing touchdown, and just one interception. The Browns’ defense is much better than Washington’s and will present a significant challenge to the Jets’ ball protection.

Winning the turnover battle will be key in this contest of defensive juggernauts. Although Flacco and company may be rolling and have an advantage at QB, they have yet to face a defense of this caliber. The under may be worth some wager consideration in this one.
