
‘Jishou Akuyaku Reijou na Konyakusha no Kansatsu Kiroku.’ Announces Main Cast, Additional Staff
The official website for the Jishou Akuyaku Reijou na Konyakusha no Kansatsu Kiroku. (Observation Records of My Fiancée: The Misadventures of a Self-Proclaimed Villainess) television anime revealed the main cast and additional staff on Friday. The anime adapting Shiki’s light novel is scheduled to premiere in 2026.
Voice actors Yuusuke Kobayashi (Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu) and Miyu Tomita (Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai? Tensai-tachi no Renai Zunousen) are starring as Cecil Glo Alphasta and Bertia Ibil Noches, respectively.

Junichi Yamamoto (Kanojo ga Koushaku-tei ni Itta Riyuu) is directing the anime at Ashi Productions. Akiko Inoue (One Piece script) is handling the series composition and Miki Matsumoto (Summertime Render) is designing the characters.
Shiki began writing the fantasy romance novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in 2016. AlphaPolis began publishing the novel under its Regina Books imprint in May 2017, featuring illustrations by Hachipisuwan and published the second volume in September 2017. Shiki began penning the Jishou Akuyaku Reijou na Tsuma no Kansatsu Kiroku. (An Observation Log of My Wife Who Calls Herself a Villainess) sequel light novel in April 2022. AlphaPolis published the fifth volume on June 5.
Natsume Hasumi serialized a manga adaptation in Regina from May 2018 to August 2021. AlphaPolis published the sixth volume and final volume in October 2021. Hasumi began drawing a manga adaptation of the sequel light novel in the same magazine in March 2022 and published the third volume on June 5.
Hanashi Media licensed the novel for English release in April 2024 and published the second volume on February 28. AlphaPolis began publishing the manga on its Alpha Manga platform in June 2023.
