Amazingly, the play was scored as a seven-yard receiving touchdown for Allen on a touchdown pass from himself. He wasn’t credited with a reception on the play.
The improbable touchdown is the latest installment to Allen’s MVP campaign. After years of being one of the top contenders for the award, this could be the season he finally takes it home.
Allen’s impressive performance this year has the Bills looking like one of the top contenders to win the Super Bowl, and they will be hard to stop if he continues converting broken plays into touchdowns.
