Although he is just 27 years old, JuJu Smith-Schuster is older than every other Chiefs wide receiver except for one, Justin Watson, who is one year his senior.
Rookie wide receiver Xavier Worthy, a 21-year-old out of Texas, has made it clear to the “vet” that he is aging by affectionately calling him “unc,” short for uncle.
“Xavier’s always made fun of me, like, ‘Man, unc man, I don’t know if you still got it,” Smith-Schuster said according to ESPN’s Adam Teicher.

Smith-Schuster was just 20-years-old when he was drafted as the No. 62 overall pick out of USC to the Pittsburgh Steelers, where he spent five seasons.
The Super Bowl champion has embraced his new role as a mentor for his younger counterparts, sharing valuable insights from his experience on the field.
“You talk about being able to read defenses, being able to see coverages, being able to see so many different things that pretty much help you to the next standard and the next level and being able to share that with the young guys,” Smith-Schuster continued. “It’s pretty cool because a lot of these guys, they know the coverages, but to be aware and to give little tips in here, ‘Hey, this defensive player is doing this, this person’s doing this,’ it pretty much helps the team.”

The eighth year player has accumulated 147 yards on the season with one touchdown for Kansas City.
The Chiefs and Smith-Schuster aim to extend their undefeated season on Sunday as they face the San Francisco 49ers on the road.
