Kid Cudi Pays Homage to New York City in ‘Don’t Worry’ Music Video

Kid Cudi has released a new single, “Don’t Worry,” alongside a self-directed music video for the track. The song, which features Chip Tha Ripper, accompanies issue #4 of Kid Cudi’s comic book series, Moon Man.
The music video features Cudi and Chip Tha Ripper on the streets and rooftops of New York City, as well as in the studio. A title card at the beginning of the video notes, “I moved to NY in 2004. Over the years it became my second home. To the people of NY, this is my love letter to you. Thank you for always making me feel like family.”
According a press released, Kid Cudi plans to unveil Kid Cudi Presents The Soundtrack of Moon Man alongside his comics series “very soon.” Issue #4 is out now via Image Comics.

Earlier this year, Kid Cudi was forced to cancel his tour after breaking his foot at Coachella. During the fest’s Weekend Two on Sunday night, the rapper went to the hospital with a broken foot after jumping off the stage at the Sahara Tent. “We have to cancel the tour so I can focus on getting better to be out there in top shape to rage with you all,” the rapper explained in a statement, adding that the injury was “much more serious than I thought.”
Kid Cudi’s most recent LP, Insano, dropped in January. He later released Insano (Nitro Mega), a partner album to Insano that featured Wiz Khalifa, Chip tha Ripper, Pusha T, Steve Aoki, and more.
