Kim Kardashian’s questionably engraved necklace from daughter North West likely cost a whopping $20K
The gold necklace North West gifted mom Kim Kardashian for her 44th birthday likely cost a pretty penny.
The gold and diamond chain with a custom engraved nameplate is estimated to be worth up to $20,000, Olivia Landau, CEO of jewelry brand The Clear Cut, told People on Tuesday.
The jewelry expert estimated that each diamond was around .08 to .10 carats.
“It also appears to be a solid plate engraved ‘Skibidi Toilet,’” Landau told the outlet. “The estimated value of this necklace could be around $15-20K.”

The custom engraving is also very on trend at the moment, as Landau explained that “people love being able to create added sentiment with their jewelry pieces, especially when gifting.”
North — who Kardashian shares with ex-husband Kanye West — had fun with the “Skibidi Toilet” engraving which references a viral web series on Alexey Gerasimov’s YouTube channel.
In the series, there is a fictional battle between human-headed toilets and humanoid characters with electronic devices for heads.

Despite teasing the Skims founder with the nameplate, North, 11, also added a sentimental note on the back.
The back of the nameplate reads, “Love, North,” along with the date, “10/21/24.”
Kardashian shared a video of the necklace on her Instagram Story Monday and jokingly questioned North about her word choice on the chain.
“Because you love Skibidi Toilet,” North said, to which the “Kardashians” star replied, “I do? I do?”

North chimed in to explain that she “didn’t make” the balloons but simply “got them” for Kardashian.
The billionaire reality TV personality began her birthday celebrations early on Sunday and shared a video of her “birthday suit” on Instagram.
