
Konami: Games & Systems Division Continued to Grow in FY 2024/25
Konami has published its financial report for FY 2024/25, reporting an increase in its casino content & services division revenue. The firm attributed this growth to its stable business in key markets, such as North America and Australia.
Konami’s Games & Systems Division Reported an Increase in Revenue
In its annual report for the fiscal year ended March 31, Konami said that its Games & Systems division, which manufactures, sells and services casino machines and management systems, has reported JPY 42.7 billion ($294.4 million) in revenue. This figure reflects year-on-year growth of 7.4%.
The division’s business profit, on the other hand, stood at JPY 7.4 billion ($51 million) for the period.
Taking a look at how the broader Konami business fared, the FY 2024/25 report outlined total revenue of JPY 421.6 billion (2.9 billion). The company’s other divisions, Digital Entertainment, Amusement, and Sports reported revenues of JPY 305.2 billion ($2.1 billion), JPY 27.6 billion ($190.2 million), and JPY 48.5 billion ($334.3 million), respectively.
Key Games & Systems Developments in 2024/25
In terms of the Games & Systems divisions, Konami reported that the North American and Australian markets have remained stable despite the continued competition and introduction of new products by competitors.
Konami also reported a steady increase in the sales of its DIMENSION 49 product, which boasts a 49-inch ultra-high definition portrait display, and the DIMENSION 27 cabinet, which has a combination of three 27-inch monitors. While these two products drove the sales of the slot machine segment, Konami added that the DIMENSION 43×3 machine also saw a steady increase in sales.
In terms of gaming content, Konami said that games, such as the Lucky Honeycomb series which features the Fortune Bags and Fortune Bots mechanics, have seen an increase in engagement among North American audiences. Australians, on the other hand, have especially enjoyed Konami’s Fortune Hearts series.
In the meantime, the SYNKROS casino management system continued to expand and was installed at multiple new casinos. These included the following:

JACK Thistledown Racino, Ohio
Konami added that the high reliability of the system has been well-received by operators.
In FY 2024/25, SYNKROS was further enhanced with the SYNKROS Drink System, which allows casino visitors to order drinks from a slot machine.
Konami also reported a new VLT partnership in Illinois and a gaming tie-up with Portugal‘s largest iGaming operator.
