LEC and LG UltraGear extend partnership ahead of 2024 season
With the LEC starting later today, Riot Games has finalized the partnership with LG UltraGear, providing the hardware for the competition.

LEC and LG UltraGear to continue for another two years
After the two brands worked together for the past two years, LG UltraGear will continue to stay as the Official Monitor Partner of the LEC, providing the UltraGearā¢ ā 25GR75FG for all players and casters. The monitors come with a 360Hz refresh rate and 1-millisecond Gray-to-Gray (GTG) response time, which are perfect for high-level esports competitions.Ā ng picture quality and speed thanks to its IPS display with a 360Hz refresh rate and 1-millisecond Gray-to-Gray (GTG) response time.

During its previous partnership, LG UltraGear also introduced a League of Legends-themed OLED gaming monitor (model 27GR95QL) with a customized back featuring all classes within the game.
This marks the fourth partner Riot Games has announced in the past week, following the renewals with chocolate brand KitKat as well as South Korean car maker Kia and gaming chair brand SecretLabs.
With these four key partners, the LEC 2024 season will kick off on January 13 with the start of the Winter split. Thanks to a revised playoff format, Karmine Corpās addition to the league, as well as various roster changes during the offseason, we might see big shake-ups compared to last year.
