LEGO Fortnite player builds an airplane that can fly

Building an airplane in LEGO Fortnite sounds unbelievable. However, one player achieved what was believed to be impossible.

In LEGO Fortnite, you’re only limited by your creativity. You can build almost anything and everything in the game. Although the resources available are somewhat basic, building fascinating items isn’t impossible.

While many players have crafted items like monorails and other impressive structures, one player went the extra mile and built an airplane in LEGO Fortnite. Furthermore, this plane is actually functional, in essence that it can fly too!

Reddit reacts to the functional airplane in LEGO Fortnite

A player named u/GingerJay1991 posted a short clip on Reddit, showcasing their airplane in LEGO Fortnite. They added that it took some time but finally got it flying. Several players commended them on the build.

The thread contains comments where players have expressed their amazement at the completed build. Many lauded the player for creating such an amazing item while they struggled to build a simple bridge. The player acknowledged the comment by saying that building an airplane or a bridge in LEGO Fortnite was all trial and error.

When asked how the plane flew, they responded by saying, “For now I just put a switch on top and add a balloon to the left or right if me to steer, a slight tip of the wings makes it turn! The elevation can be adjusted by adding a balloon in front of you to go up, or no balloon to go straight, sadly no landing unless you remove indoor hidden balloons, but I don’t want it near the ground anyway.”
