LIV Golf’s Bryson DeChambeau preps for more fist pumps at U.S. Open
After his impressive performance at the PGA Championship, LIV Golf captain Bryson DeChambeau implemented some new workouts into his routine.
As the fist pump king of Valhalla, DeChambeau posted a video on his Instagram showing off his prep for more celebrations, autographs, and more at Pinehurst.
The video shows his point of view training for the next major. He does 4×8 fist pumps, adding in, ‘Let’s go, baby, yeah, and Let’s go’ as he makes the motion.
His next exercise is 3×12 reps of signing autographs. The third exercise is 3×10 reps of cap tips, during which he makes sure to get the form just right as his dog watches.
DeChambeau added 4×10 reps of blaming his caddie to the routine, which looks like various bicep curls. However, he does sell it well and he did say this part was his favorite in the caption.
The former U.S. Open winner came close to winning the PGA Championship. He fell by one stroke to Xander Schauffele. However, DeChambeau did pick up a lot of fans in Kentucky. His fist pumps were one of the highlights of the week.
The 30-year-old even posted about his various fist pumps and how the number of them broke records. It is hilarious to see him add these drills to his workout routine as he continues reminding people that he is likable.
After a strong performance at Valhalla, many already have him among the favorites to take home another major championship at Pinehurst.
