Malik Nabers has had an epic start to his rookie season, and the latest Madden 25 rankings reflect as much.

The New York Giants’ rookie wideout got an overall ratings boost of +3 in the weekly update from EA Sports, bringing him up to an 80 overall. He wasn’t alone, as Detroit Lions defensive end Aidan Hutchinson was bumped up two points to a 92 overall and Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen was moved up two ratings points to a 94 overall, among others.

All three were worthy bumps.

Nabers had a ridiculous Week 3, catching eight passes for 78 yards and two touchdowns. Some of his catches were true show-stoppers.

Hutchinson followed up his ridiculous 4.5 sacks in Week 2 with a more modest one sack in Week 3, though he added six tackles. He now has 6.5 sacks through three games.

And then there’s Allen, who has led the Buffalo Bills to a 3-0 record and had his best game yet on Monday, throwing for 263 yards and four touchdowns while rushing for another 44 yards in a 47-10 blowout victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Other notable risers in Week 3 included Philadelphia Eagles Dallas Goedert, who got a +2 bump to 87 overall after catching 10 passes for 170 yards, and Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor, who went up two ratings to an 89 overall after rushing for 110 yards and two touchdowns, his second straight 100-yard performance.

You won’t guess the biggest riser of the week, however. That distinction belonged to… Dallas Cowboys fullback Hunter Luepke, who got a +6 bump up to a 69 overall off the back of his two receptions for 41 yards in Week 3.

Absolutely massive news for the fullback community, no doubt.

The biggest downgrades of the week went to Bills’ safety Mike Edwards (-6 to 69 overall), Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Devin White (-5 to 70 overall) and Cleveland Browns center Ethan Pocic (-5 to 72 overall).

The most notable downgrade went to the legendary Justin Tucker, who was docked two ratings points (now 85 overall) after missing his third field goal of the season Sunday. He’s now 5-for-8 on the season and just 2-for-5 from 40 yards or longer.
