Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal ‘learn Marc Guehi asking price’
Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal discover the asking price of Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi, according to a report.
Crystal Palace could reportedly entertain offers of more than £50m for defender Marc Guehi amid interest from a number of clubs including Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal.
The 23-year-old joined the Eagles from Chelsea in the summer of 2021 and has since established himself as a first-team regular at Selhurst Park, making 108 appearances across all competitions.
Guehi’s impressive performances at Palace have been recognised by England manager Gareth Southgate, who has handed the centre-back nine senior international caps since and including his debut in March 2022.
Palace’s No.6, who is currently sidelined with a knee injury, is also said to have caught the eye of a number of Premier League clubs and he is expected to be one of the most sought-after defenders ahead of the 2024-25 campaign.
Despite the arrival of new head coach Oliver Glasner, Guehi is believed to be facing an uncertain future at Selhurst Park and will enter the final two years of his contract this summer.
According to The Telegraph, Guehi is likely to leave Palace ahead of next season and the club have already begun to compile a list of centre-back targets.

The report adds that interested suitors in Guehi will be required to fork out a figure in excess of the £50m that Man United spent on former Eagles defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka in 2019.
Both Man United and Liverpool have recently been linked with Guehi, although it is understood that the former’s interest could depend on whether Dan Ashworth is appointed as the club’s new sporting director.
The Red Devils are set to prioritise the addition of a new central defender this summer amid uncertainty over the long-term futures of Raphael Varane, Harry Maguire and Jonny Evans.
Meanwhile, Liverpool’s interest in Guehi comes at a time when the future of Joel Matip at Anfield is uncertain – the Cameroonian is currently nursing a season-ending knee injury and may have played his final game for the club as he is out of contract this summer.
Both Man United and Liverpool could face competition for Guehi’s signature from fellow Premier League clubs Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur, who have previously expressed their interest in the centre-back.
Guehi may not be the only high-profile player that could leave Palace this summer, as the likes of Eberechi Eze and Michael Olise have consistently been linked with big-money summer exits to top Premier League clubs.
