Manga ‘Choujun! Choujou-senpai’ Gets TV Anime in 2026

An official website opened for a television anime adaptation of Shun Numa’s Choujun Choujou-senpai (Super Psychic Policeman Chojo) manga and revealed the main staff and teaser visual (pictured) on Monday. The anime is scheduled to premiere in 2026.

Numa began drawing the comedy manga as a one-shot published in Weekly Shounen Jump in April 2023. The manga was then serialized in the same magazine from February 2024 to June 9 this year. Shueisha published the eighth and final volume on September 4.

VIZ Media licensed the manga for English release on June 6, and will ship the first volume on February 3. The manga is also simulpublished on the MANGA Plus website.

Synopsis

In Chinjuku, the city that never sleeps, there is a psychic senior police officer who has powers beyond human comprehension! His name is Meguru Choujou! Along with his judo expert partner Nao Ippongi, this hilarious duo will keep the streets clean by any means necessary! (Source: MANGA Plus)
