Michael Bisping slams Conor McGregor for his behavior at the Anthony Joshua vs Daniel Dubois boxing fight

Conor McGregor was in London this past weekend for the huge British boxing fight between Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois, and he has been criticized for his behavior throughout the event at Wembley.

After UFC CEO Dana White announced that Conor McGregor‘s return to the Octagon likely won’t happen until the first quarter of next year, the Irishman has seemingly been enjoying his time away again.

As usual with Anthony Joshua‘s fights, there was a big turnout at Wembley Arena, and McGregor was often seen conversation with fellow sporting icon, Tyson Fury.

The UFC commentator labeled the former two-weight world champion a ‘douchebag’ for his behavior during the event and for walking around with a cigar in his mouth.

“Conor, you would’ve thought he was a big Daniel Dubois fan because when Joshua was getting those (punches), he was out of his seat, you know, maybe the cigar might have even got lit,” Bisping began to explain on the Believe You Me Podcast.

“Walking in with a big cigar unlit between the teeth, how do we feel about that? Because two words spring to mind right now, douchebag.

“This is the problem when nobody tells you anything, when nobody says, ‘Bro, you look like a c*ck,’ at least light the cigar, at least have a go,” Bisping continued.

The 36-year-old took to social media again this past Tuesday to show the fans that he has once again provided a negative drug test, making him the most-tested UFC athlete this year having submitted 11 test sessions.

With only two fights left on his current UFC deal, ‘The Notorious’ has made it clear that he wants to get those fights out of the way so that he can fight in BKFC, the promotion he has co-ownership of.

“We can’t keep having the same discussion every five minutes
It’s like, ok, he’s coming back, great, when? I think he will fight but until that time comes I’m not going to be jumping up and down going ‘He’s back’ every time he tweets, and he’s talking about bare-knuckle now,” Bisping said.

“Yeah, listen, bare-knuckle great, go for it. Two fights in the UFC, can’t wait for it, I really can’t, awesome. I can’t get excited about it because we’ve been here (before),” the former champion sarcastically finished.
