‘Iron Mike’ still has the defined muscles that stood him out as phenom in his heyday when he took the heavyweight division by storm.

His abs are also visible even though he is two years away from getting a free bus pass.

“I don’t feel that… It was always the old ways, I can do all this stuff (training) as long as I have this [head] and this [heart].

“My mother died when I was 16, I wonder if she came back to life would she recognise me.”

The video then skips to Tyson hammering the heavy bag with power and precision.

“You’ve done more workouts in the time I’ve seen you than the whole time you fought Lennox Lewis,” said Kilroy.

To which, Tyson responded: “It’s a different era brother.”

There is no doubting that Tyson is taking the fight seriously but he has his work cut out squaring off against a man 31 years his junior.
