Monogatari : Off & Monster Season New Teaser Features YOASOBI
A new promotional video for Monogatari Series: Off Season & Monster Season was released by Animplex, confirming the anime release date. The promotional video of Orokamonogatari (Off Season) & Nademonogatari (Monster Season) features the theme song âUndeadâ by YOASOBI.
The highly anticipated Monogatari Off season and Monster season are set to premiere on July 6, 2024 in Japan. After the countdown on the animeâs official website ended on May 2, 2024, it was revealed that YOASOBI will perform the seriesâ official theme song. YOASOBI also posted the same on their official Twitter.
The new anime adaptation of the NISIOISINâs novels is being produced by Studio SHAFT, with the original staff that worked on Monogatari. The series is being directed by Yoshizawa Midori, who has worked on the Kizumonogatari series as well.
The promotional video was also released on May 3, 2024 and it features a snippet of the YOASOBIâs Undead. The teaser was posted on NISIOISINâs official Twitter account, as well as by AniPlex on YouTube.

The new seriesâ will feature a whole new perspective on the popular series. Monogatari: Off Season will dive into various short stories taking place throughout the Monogatari timeline, some in the past, some during Araragiâs last year of high school like the rest of the series, some later than Hana.
Monogatari: Monster Season will continue to follow the story of Araragi, who is figuring out his life in college. However, little can be said about how it will all unfold.

Monogatari is a manga series by Onigunso that started serializing in 2014 in the Miracle Jump magazine and later shifted to Ultra Jump.
The story follows Botan and Hyoma in a world where spirits called tsukumogami possess aged objects to have a physical form.
While Botan loves these spirits, Hyoma hates them. Yet, Hyoma now has to live with Botan whose house hosts several tsukumogami.
