Taylor Swift, Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter, Tyla, Katy Perry, and more clean up with honors at the 2024 MTV VMAs.The MTV Video Music Awards got pushed back a day due to the presidential debate, so we’ve had to wait until Wednesday night to see the results of this year’s VMAs. And it might come as no surprise to learn that Taylor Swift cleaned up handily with seven wins.

Hosted by Megan Thee Stallion, who also performed during the show, the 2024 VMAs aired live from New York’s UBS Arena. This year’s ceremony was executive produced by Bruce Gillmer and Den of Thieves co-founder Jesse Ignjatovic, and Barb Bialkowski. Alicia Portugal and Jackie Barba served as executives in charge of production, while Wendy Plaut was executive in charge of celebrity talent, and Lisa Lauricella was music talent executive.

Since it took place on September 11, MTV observed the 23rd anniversary of 9/11 by supporting the nonprofit 9/11 Day, organizer of the September 11 National Day of Service and Remembrance, as well as Tuesday’s Children, which serves families who were affected by 9/11.
