This Saturday, the All-American Bowl is returning to San Antonio’s Alamodome, where the annual showcase game for top high school recruits has been held each time since 2003. As always, it will be an opportunity for fans to get an advance look at the future of college football via the play of soon-to-be student-athletes.

The 2025 edition of the game has a new sponsor, as the event is now being called the Navy All-American Bowl. It previously had runs being sponsored by the Army (2000-18) and American Family Insurance (2019-24).

No matter what it’s been called, the premise has remained the same. Top recruits from the Classes of 2025 and 2026 will take the field and show what they can do.

Here’s everything you need to know about the game, as well as a look at some of the top players who will be participating. (All rankings per 247Sports Composite.)

Class of 2025

TE Linkon Cure (No. 27, Kansas State signee)

WR Jaime Ffrench (No. 35, Texas signee)

DL Iose Epenesa (No. 42, Iowa signee)

DL Amare Adams (No. 43, Clemson signee)

S Hylton Stubbs (No. 52, Florida signee)

WR Quincy Porter (No. 53, Ohio State signee)

This group of soon-to-be college freshmen is headlined by Cure, who will be joining the Wildcats next fall. The Goodland (Kan.) native is 6-foot-5 and has a skill set similar to that of Detroit Lions tight end Sam LaPorta per 247Sports’ Gabe Brooks.

Ffrench and Porter are two of the top wide receivers in the 2025 class. They’ll be teammates a day after Ffrench’s Longhorns and Porter’s Buckeyes face off in the Cotton Bowl, which is a College Football Playoff semifinal matchup.

Epenesa is the younger brother of A.J. Epenesa, a defensive lineman for the Buffalo Bills who is currently preparing for the NFL playoffs. The younger Epenesa is following in his brother’s footsteps by going to Iowa.

Class of 2026

LB Tyler Atkinson (No. 10, uncommitted)

LB Xavier Griffin (No. 19, USC commit)

WR Devin Carter (No. 26, uncommitted)

WR Aaron Gregory (No. 34, Texas A&M commit)

OL Darius Gray (No. 35, uncommitted)

The 247Sports Crystal Ball predicts that Atkinson (who is from Loganville, Ga.) will head to Georgia to play for the Bulldogs. But there is plenty of time for that to still change.

Carter will be a playmaker to keep an eye on Saturday. The Douglasville, Ga., native is the No. 4 wide receiver in the 2026 class who has offers from a lot of top programs.

Class of 2025

OT Andrew Babalola (No. 15, Michigan signee)

WR Kaliq Lockett (No. 21, Texas signee)

OT Lamont Rogers (No. 22, Texas A&M signee)

S Trey McNutt (No. 29, Oregon signee)

WR Talyn Taylor (No. 32, Georgia signee)

Babalola is the top 2025 recruit participating in Saturday’s game. The future Wolverine from Overland Park (Kan.) is the No. 3 offensive tackle in the class.

Texas is still alive in the national championship mix, and it can look forward to adding a player like Lockett to its receiving corps in the future. He and Taylor will be playmakers to watch on the West offense in this game.

Class of 2026

QB Keisean Henderson (No. 16, Houston commit)

S Bralan Womack (No. 21, uncommitted)

RB Davian Groce (No. 28, uncommitted)

Henderson is the No. 1-ranked athlete in the 2026 class, and the potential future Cougar will be the top quarterback to watch in Saturday’s game. It should be fun to watch him work with some of the receivers who are a year older than him and heading to college in the fall.

There’s also a chance that Henderson will get an opportunity to hand the ball off to Groce, one of the best RBs in the 2026 class. The Frisco, Texas native will have a chance to further raise his stock as he considers college options.
