Three of the four NBA Cup quarterfinal games will air TNT and truTV, while also streaming live on Max. Among them are games on Dec. 10 at 7 or 7:30 p.m. ET and 9:30 or 10 p.m. ET, while the other TNT quarterfinal game will occur at 9:30 or 10 p.m. ET on Dec. 11.

Both semifinal games will be held on Dec. 14 with one them airing on TNT, truTV and Max at 4:30 p.m. ET.

Those games will be followed by the 2024 NBA Cup Championship Game at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Dec. 17, which will air on ABC at 8:30 p.m. ET.

NBA Cup play recently started with every team having played either one or two games thus far.

The Los Angeles Lakers, Golden State Warriors, Orlando Magic, New York Knicks, Detroit Pistons and Atlanta Hawks are the top-performing teams early in the tournament with all of them holding 2-0 records.

Last season marked the first in-season tournament in NBA history, and it saw the Lakers take down the Indiana Pacers in the finals, making them the first NBA Cup champions.

This year’s format is the same, as all 30 teams are separated into six groups with three groups in the Eastern Conference and three in the Western Conference.

After round-robin play concludes, the team with the best record from each group will advance to the quarters, as will the second-place team with the best group-play record in each conference.

The quarterfinal matchups will be home games for the better seeds before the semifinals and championship emanate from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

While performing well in the NBA Cup doesn’t do anything for a team’s placement in the regular standings or playoff picture aside from the wins and losses counting as part of their overall record, there is still an incentive for players to go on a deep NBA Cup run.

Every player on a team that reaches the quarterfinals will receive over $50,000. That numbers increases to over $100,000 for the semifinals, over $200,000 for reaching the championship and over $500,000 for winning the championship.

Group play for the 2024 NBA Cup will conclude on Dec. 3 with the quarterfinals running on Dec. 10 and 11, the semis on Dec. 14 and the finals on Dec. 17.
