NFL free agency rumors tracker: News, signings, trades, updates, and more
Our 2025 NFL free agency tracker is officially here! We’ll be keeping tabs on all the rumors, reports, trades, news, signings, etc. that are relevant to the Philadelphia Eagles over the next few weeks in this space here at Bleeding Green Nation.
The action unofficially kicks off at noon on Monday, March 10 at 12:00 PM Eastern when the negotiating window (AKA ‘legal tampering’ period) begins. Teams and agents can begin negotiating contracts but they cannot literally put pen to paper until the new league year officially starts on Wednesday, March 12 at 4:00 PM Eastern.
This year’s free agency period will be an interesting one for the Birds. The Eagles are expected to lose multiple key players who contributed to their Super Bowl LIX win. Jeffrey Lurie talked about how the Eagles are expecting to play the compensatory pick game. Howie Roseman also asked for fans to be patient while recently speaking at the NFL Combine. The team seems to be trying to manage expectations but there will be opportunities to add new players at some point.
This post will be constantly updated so check back often!
