NFL mock drafts 2025: Compare latest from Mel Kiper, Daniel Jeremiah, Dane Brugler after NFL Combine

The NFL Combine has come and gone, allowing football scouts, fans, coaches and media members to get clearer observations of the talent in the upcoming draft.

In under two months, some of the biggest stars from last college football season will hear their names called to the 32 NFL teams. By now, there’s a group of consensus first-round selections for the 2025 draft — but as some analysts have constructed their mock drafts, they’ve had differing predictions on where some big names will land.

Without a distinct No. 1 pick standing out from the crowd, and with the quarterback carousel sure to shake things up even more, there are plenty of varying outcomes for how the draft could go. Like snowflakes, no two mock drafts are the same — so it’s only right to examine multiple mock drafts to get a good idea of how the 2025 event could play out.

Here is an updated look at several first-round mock drafts from experts with the NFL Combine in the past.

Noteworthy:

— As time passes, there seems to be increasing buzz around the Giants trying to land the top pick from the Titans. Brugler predicts that said trade will happen in his mock, as New York lands its franchise quarterback in Cam Ward at No. 1, while Tennessee opts for the Heisman-winner, Travis Hunter.

— Speaking of quarterbacks, this is one of the lowest picks you’ll see Shedeur Sanders fall in a mock draft. The Colorado product lands in Pittsburgh here, replacing Russell Wilson as the Titans, Raiders, Jets and Seahawks pass on Sanders.

— The NFL Combine winners are well-represented here. Armand Membou, Shemar Stewart, Nick Emmanwori, Jihaad Campbell and Omarion Hampton all land in the top-20 after standing out in Indianapolis.

— Some of the biggest combine winners move up from Iyer’s previous mock draft. Shemar Stewart, Jihaad Campbell and Nick Emmanwori all may have significantly boosted their stock.

— Iyer goes with Ward-Carter-Hunter as the top 3 selections, respectively. Those three are becoming the consensus top-3 selections in this draft, but experts have had varying combinations of their landing spots.

— This draft is absolutely loaded on the defensive line. Eight edge rushers come off the board in the first round here, plus four defensive tackles.

Mel Kiper’s latest ESPN mock draftKiper’s latest mock draft was released on Feb. 25:

— Kiper’s latest mock was before the combine. He has since released a list of risers from the combine that helped their draft stock, including Omarion Hampton, Armand Membou, Jihaad Campbell, Nick Emmanwori and Maxwell Hairston.

— Perhaps the most surprising pick of Kiper’s draft is Shedeur Sanders landing in New York, but not with the Giants. The Jets could use a quarterback without Aaron Rodgers, and they land the former Colorado star here.

— With Ashton Jeanty landing in Las Vegas, the Cowboys still select a running back in Kiper’s mock; Hampton, who had 1,660 rushing yards in 2024 at UNC, lands in Dallas.

— Jeremiah’s latest mock was also before the NFL Combine, so some of the notable performers in Indianapolis aren’t represented here.

— There are some interesting landing spots for pass-catchers in Jeremiah’s mock. Tyler Warren’s stock has slowly risen since the end of college football season, and he gets all the way up to No. 7 here. Meanwhile, the Buccaneers get a potential Chris Godwin replacement in Tetairoa McMillan, while the Broncos, Texans and Bills also bring in new weapons.

— Outside of Abdul Carter, there are differing opinions on who the next edge rushers off the board should be. Jeremiah predicts Jalon Walker and Mike Green are selected ahead of the likes of Mykel Williams, Shemar Stewart and more.
