“The new Light Series represents not just an upgrade in living space, but a redefinition of ‘home,'” Mr. Jiang Chenyao, CEO of OPARTMENT, stated in his address.

“We hope that through the interplay of light and space, we can create a modern living harbor for young people—a place to heal themselves while also connecting with a community.”

“Through modular layouts and community scene creation, the Light Series spaces break the enclosed nature of traditional apartments, allowing for a natural transition between solitude and socializing,” Mr. Xu Kaidi and Ms. Ling Kaining, Chief Product Officers of OPARTMENT, further elaborated on the product design logic.

“We believe this design will precisely meet the upgraded demands for residential quality among young professionals amidst the industrial upgrade in the Xinzhuang area.”
