Poetry In Motion: Photos That Capture The Soul Of Music At The Intersection 2024
The annual Music At The Intersection festival descended upon St. Louis, Mo. earlier this month and presented a weekend of electric performances while showcasing the city’s culture.
Set in the arts district, the three-day affair included a smorgasbord of homegrown talent and acts imported from across the country and abroad.
Boasting an eclectic lineup, multiple genres were traversed across the festival’s four stages. The sounds of contemporary R&B, soul, jazz, Hip-Hop, and funk permeated through the air, resulting in a rich and varied musical experience.
From household names like Chaka Khan, Big Boi, Esperanza Spalding, and Chingy, to critically acclaimed acts including Keyon Harrold, Lady Wray, Jordan Ward, and others, Music At The Intersection 2024 carried on its growing tradition in grand fashion.
This year’s festival was another success, proof that the event has quickly emerged as a staple within St. Louis’ music scene. Here are some of the serendipitous moments VIBE and other photographers captured at Music At The Intersection 2024.
