Kelis Shows Off Her Travels Abroad
On January 23, the 44-year-old took to Instagram to let fans know she was at the marketplace in Zanzibar. Zanzibar is an island located off the coast of Tanzania, East Africa. Before this, Kelis regularly took to the platform to show viewers a glimpse of her life living on a farm outside Los Angeles, per Daily Mail.

“❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ we are @ the market in #ZANZIBAR#africa ‼️ cooking abroad! Who wants to see me hit local markets across the world and create yummy dishes ??” she wrote in the caption of her video post.

Since then, Kelis has regularly taken to the platform to update her followers on her time in the country. The singer gave viewers a glimpse of the Sleeping Warrior Hills in Kenya, livestock in Rwanda, beaches in Zanzibar, giraffes in Botswana, and so much more!

Although Kelis gave her followers a priceless glimpse at life in many different places in Africa, viewers couldn’t help but be distracted by something else. Socials entered The Shade Room’s comment section to remark how good the 44-year-old looks.

The Singer Made Headlines Last Year
As The Shade Room previously reported, Kelis made headlines in June 2023 after The Sun reported she was dating 73-year-old actor Bill Murray. At the time, an unnamed source informed the outlet they had been bonding since Kelis’ husband, Mike Mora, passed in 2022.

Murray’s wife reportedly passed away in 2021.

“But they’ve also both shared relatively recent bereavements and have that common bond between them. Whatever it is that has brought them together, and however unlikely it seems, they are both single and are having fun despite the fairly big age gap,” the source informed the outlet.

However, later that month, Kelis responded to the report by seemingly appearing unbothered.
