Post Malone Shares Rare Update on His 3-Year-Old Daughter With Ex-Fiancée Jamie Park
Post Malone is loving time with his sunflower.
After all, the “Congratulations” singer shared a rare glimpse into being a girl dad to his and ex-fiancĂ©e Hee Sung “Jamie” Park’s 3-year-old daughter.
“Kids are little s–ts and they’re beautiful at the same time,” Post (real name Austin Richard Post) told GQ in an interview published Aug. 19. “Being a dad, I take it a day at a time. I think it’s important that way. We’re learning every day.”
Still, he admitted he has a lot of growth ahead of him, noting, “I don’t know what the hell I’m doing, and neither does she. She’s just figuring it out.”
But they’re making progress, and that includes adjusting to life at his Utah home during ongoing renovations. And as Post explained, his toddler has been loving the compound.
“There’s this big hallway where she can ride her bike,” the 30-year-old shared. “She has this little toy horse, and she rides up and down and just f–king giggles the whole f–king time. It is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’m pretty pumped on that. It’s pretty cool. It’s badass to be a dad.”
After all, Post is constantly in awe of his little girl.
“She’s f–king hilarious,” he gushed. “It’s unstoppable. She’s just the most beautiful creature to ever have existed on this earth. I can’t believe that… Well, I don’t deserve something like that, but it’s pretty cool that’s in my life.”
For the “Sunflower” musicianâwhose ex filed to dismiss her custody case last month, according to docs obtained by Rolling Stone, over their toddler, only referred to as “DDP”âraising their daughter in Utah means that one day she’ll be putting on a pair of cowboy boots.
“She loves being on horses,” he revealed. “She’s too tiny to ride one. But my dad’s buddy got her a pony for her third birthday. His grandpa raises them, so he got her one. She’ll be here soon.”

“Hopefully, she likes running around and making trouble in nature as well,” he continued. “It would be a beautiful thing. I think that’s all you really need is just family, at the end of the day.”
Post added that after spending a decade on the road, life is a lot better now that he comes home to his daughter.
“It’s time to just take it easy,” he explained. “This is where you want to be. You want to be here with a little 3-year-old little squirt and just push her into the water and then she calls you a little s–t.”
“She goes, ‘I love you,'” Post added. “I say, ‘How much?’ She goes, ‘A little.’ I go, ‘Oh, you little s–t.’ And then she calls me a little s–t, too. It’s pretty funny.”
