Rams WR Demarcus Robinson arrested on suspicion of DUI Monday morning Nov 25, 2024

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Demarcus Robinson was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence early Monday morning, according to a California Highway Patrol release obtained by NFL Media.

Robinson, 30, was cited and “released to a responsible party,” per the CHP West Valley Area office.

The Rams did not release a statement with Los Angeles head coach Sean McVay scheduled to speak with reporters on Tuesday morning.

CHP officers observed a white Dodge sedan traveling upwards of 100 mph on US-101 northbound at 5:13 a.m. Monday morning. Officers conducted an enforcement stop and the driver identified himself as Demarcus Dontavian Robinson, the CHP release said. Per the release, officers observed signs of alcohol impairment.

Robinson had a touchdown in the Rams’ 37-20 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday night at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood.

A 2016 NFL Draft fourth-round pick of the Kansas City Chiefs, Robinson is in his ninth NFL season and his second with the Rams. He previously played six years for the Chiefs and one for the Baltimore Ravens in 2022.

During the 2024 season, Robinson has started all 11 games for the Rams, recording 26 receptions for 384 yards and six touchdowns, which leads the Rams.
