Rosie O’Donnell’s Son Blake O’Donnell Marries Teresa Garofalow Westervelt
Rosie O’Donnell is one proud mother of the groom.
The former talk show host celebrated a major milestone for her family on Aug. 16—the wedding of her youngest son Blake O’Donnell to his longtime love, Teresa Garofalow Westervelt.
The 62-year-old took fans along for the ride, documenting the wedding’s special moments and sharing details about the wedding party on Instagram.
“HE’S GETTING MARRIED IN THE MORNING!!!!!!,” the mother of five—who adopted Parker O’Donnell, 29, Chelsea O’Donnell, 26, Blake O’Donnell, 24, Vivienne O’Donnell, 21, with ex Kelli Carpenter and Dakota O’Donnell, 11, with late ex Michelle Rounds—captioned an Aug. 15 selfie with the groom, who was rocking an “I Am Kenough” shirt.
For the big day, Rosie donned a champagne-colored custom suit with floral details and her son wore a cream tuxedo jacket and black pants while his bride wowed in a stunning lace gown with a high neckline and long sleeves.
The actress also shared photos of her mother-son dance with Blake, revealing the duo danced to Cyndi Lauper’s “Time After Time.”
When one fan asked whether she cried, Rosie replied to the comment, “God yes.”
Actress Kathy Najimy commented, “Gorrrrgeous!!!” and Rosie replied, writing, “Best night ever.

Rosie was excited to welcome Teresa into her family, sharing a solo shot of the bride on Instagram and writing, “My new daughter – teresa o’donnell.”
Blake’s younger sister, Vivian served as his “best man,” wearing a sky blue gown to match the groomsmen. But one sibling was noticeably absent.
After one fan asked if Blake’s older sister Chelsea, who has had her fair share of highs and lows with Rosie in the past, was in attendance, Rosie replied with a simple “no.”
And Kelli’s wife, Anne Steele, played a special role in the big day, as she sang her original song “Timeless” for the couple’s first dance.

Teresa shared her own thoughts on the special day, writing on Instagram, “8/16/24 was a day full of so much love it could barely be contained! We are overwhelmed with all of the love and joy that surrounded us on our wedding day, and our hearts are so full seeing how much fun everyone had!! We could’ve have asked for a more magical day, and are blessed to have so many people who love us.”
