Alexander recently made a return to South Africa after his contract in Sweden with Helsingborg IF came to an end at the end of 2023.Â

It hasn’t taken long for him to find a new home, with the Siya crew being informed that he has secured a contract with Limpopo outfit Polokwane City.
Indications are that Alexander is already in Polokwane to start training with his new club ahead of the second half of the season, set to commence in February.

This will be a second spell for Alexander with Rise and Shine. His first spell with the club, between 2014 and 2016, was a success and he will be hoping to have another good run with the club. City have enjoyed a good run of form since winning promotion to the topflight this season and Alexander’s experience will come in handy as they look to make a solid finish in the second half of the campaign.
The Siya crew understands that Alexander completed his medical on Saturday and signed his contract.Â
