Snl24 | DISCLOSED: Chiefs’ transfer bill for latest signing
Kaizer Chiefs have brought on board Rwandan goalkeeper Fiacre Ntwari.
Kaizer Chiefs’ decision to bring in a new goalkeeper has come at a cost that will have matched what they have given Itumeleng Khune as his annual package in the past.
Chiefs have brought in Fiacre Ntwari from TS Galaxy in a move that emphasises the club’s position on Khune.

Ntwari comes in after playing a single season at Galaxy with 24 games to his name and nine clean sheets.
The towering goalkeeper is also the first choice for the Rwandan national team, where he has conceded just once in his last five appearances.
At Chiefs, the 24-year-old will have competition from Brandon Petersen, Bruce Bvuma and Karabo Molefe after agreeing to a three-year deal.
While the completion of the transfer is worked on, it has been disclosed that the transfer was worth USD300 000 (approx. R5,45 million).
This is according to Rwandan newspaper The New Times.

The publication adds that new Chiefs goalkeeper coach IIyes Mzoughi has been monitoring Ntwari for almost a year.
