DJ Zinhle, who will be honoured with a prestigious Trailblazer Award at the Basadi in Music Awards (BIMA) 2024.

MEDIA personality and businesswoman Ntombezinhle “DJ Zinhle” Mohosana will be honoured.

DJ Zinhle will receive the prestigious Trailblazer Award at the Basadi in Music Awards (BIMA) 2024.

The ceremony will take place on 10 August at the Joburg Theatre, promising an evening of unforgettable performances and inspiring moments, hosted by the multi-talented Unathi Nkayi.

The BIMA Trailblazer Awards recognise individuals who have inspired others and made significant contributions to the music industry.

Over her remarkable two-decade career, DJ Zinhle has consistently pushed boundaries and redefined the role of a female DJ. Her journey, marked by chart-topping hits, successful business ventures, and philanthropic endeavours, embodies the spirit of a true trailblazer.

Since her debut in 2004, DJ Zinhle has risen to unparalleled heights, earning the title of Africa’s number one female DJ for four consecutive years. Beyond her musical prowess, she’s demonstrated exceptional business acumen through the launch of thriving ventures such as Era by DJ Zinhle and Hair Majesty.
