Snl24 | EFF’s R50k concert shock!

The EFF is organising a Jazz Live Hour Concert to raise funds.

THE Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) have announced a first of its kind concert with tickets worth R50 000.

Although the amount has shocked some people, the party’s Gauteng media officer, Dumisani Baleni, told Daily Sun that it was a fundraiser, hence the prices.

However, people who pay this amount will be treated better compared to the other ticket holders.

The prices for the Jazz Live Hour Concert are bronze for R2 000, silver for R5 000, gold for R20 000 and platinum for R50 000 per seat. Tickets are only limited to 600 people.

“They are differentiated by the arrangements and treats you have in store for your guests and the packages that go with them.”

When asked if they will receive special treats or gifts, he said this has not yet been confirmed.

“Goodies, no, not yet. A lot of things are still being finalised, but it’s the plan we have agreed on as a provincial leadership. A lot of things are still being worked out but there are no goodies announced yet except for the different seating arrangements and packages that we will be giving out,” he said.

Guests include multi-award-winning actress Nelisiwe Sibiya, Member of Parliament and songwriter Ringo Madlingozi and EFF commissioner and member of parliament Dr Mbuyiseni Ndlozi.

‘It is the people from the EFF who will be performing at the EFF Jazz Hour. They are not going to play music but also perform. It will be a proper performance of EFF songs,” he said.

He added that some people have already confirmed tickets, including Platinum, but he cannot give more details.

The venue has not yet been confirmed.
